Tamarind wins contract for Eagle P3 Project
The Eagle P3 Project is a Public Private Partnership through which the Regional Transportation District (RTD) contracts with a team of private partners, the Denver Transit Partners (The Concessionaire), to design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM), some of the FasTracks projects. The project will include the East Corridor, Gold Line, an initial segment of the Northwest Rail Corridor, and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility under a single contract.

Tamarind Design + Marketing wins “best in advertising award”
The Aurora Water Department produced ads and marketing materials to promote working and playing in Colorado which won advertsing awards in AWWA. The ads that ran in September Journal of American Water Works Association received the highest scores from their readership. The ad that was created by Tamarind Design + Marketing and was judged by the Manufacturers Associates Council which is comprised of 30 individuals who are either water utilities managers, marketing consultants or creative designers.The ad was based on the following criteria:
- At your first glance did the ad inspire you to want to learn more about the product or service?
- Was the ad visually appealing?
- Is it clear what the product and service is all about?
The award ceremony will take place on June 21st, 2010 during AWWA’s Annual Convention being held in Chicago, IL.
